Caitlin Robin

Caitlin Robin

is the managing member of Caitlin Robin & Associates, PLLC. Her practice is largely devoted to insurance defense litigation for healthcare clients, complex medical malpractice litigation, commercial litigation, and appellate work. She has extensive experience in both defense and Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, civil appeals, and administrative law related to New York City small businesses. She is admitted to practice law in New York in both state and federal courts. She obtained her J.D. from New York Law School, and her B.A. from George Washington University.

Cary London

Cary London

is a graduate of University of Virginia and New York Law School. He was recognized by the New York Law Journal as one of their prominent Rising Stars of 2013. Mr. London is a premier trial attorney who has taken over 50 cases to jury verdict. He has previously worked for the NYPD PBA defending Police Officers accused of misconduct, Brooklyn Defender Services as a trial attorney, clerked for Supreme Court Justice Richard Lee Price in Bronx State Supreme Court, and worked for the Trial Bureau 30/50 in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office. Mr. London is primarily focused on Plaintiff’s work involving wrongful convictions, and prides himself on making sure clients get the aggressive legal representation they deserve.

Kevin Volkommer

Kevin Volkommer

graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany for his undergraduate degree. He attended the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he graduated cum laude in May of 2014. During law school he was involved with several clinics and internships, such as the Elder Law Clinic, interning for the Honorable Thomas F. Whelan in the New York State Supreme Court, and interning for the General Counsel of the New York City Police Pension Fund, to name a few. Kevin is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Annette Aletor

Annette Aletor

has experience litigating matters arising under federal and state employment laws, including issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and New York Labor Law. She has defended employers in matters involving retaliation, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, age discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, constructive termination and breach of contract. In addition, Annette has represented management and employers in a wide variety of employment-related matters, including defense of actions commenced in federal and state court and before government agencies.Annette has also litigated wage-and-hour claims, including claims for overtime, minimum wage violation under Federal Law, and spread-of-hours and other Wage Theft Prevention Act violations under New York State Law. She has conducted payroll audits for clients in actions commenced by the Department of Labor and New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, handled sexual harassment and EEOC trainings and trainings on the New York City Earned Sick Time Act.Annette has a background in Human Resource Management, and counsels her clients from proactive, risk management and problem solving perspectives, seeking to maximize their stated goals to the best extent possible.Annette is a member of the Association of Black Women Attorneys and the New York State Bar Association. She has appeared as a guest judge at the Robert R. Wagner annual moot court competition and spoke at the 2012 Public Service Corps. Arjeta Albani

Arjeta Albani

graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2015 and graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2018. During law school, Arjeta was an articles editor for, and published in, the University of Maryland Journal of Business and Technology Law. Arjeta was also a member of the Moot Court Board and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, which provided her opportunities to compete and participate in several competitions. Arjeta is admitted to practice law in New York and her admission to the New Jersey Bar is pending.

Meredith Lander

Meredith Lander

received her Master of Arts from Schiller International University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctor at Loyola University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Lander was a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic and clerked with the NYC Department of Correction.

Henry Tilson

Henry Tilson

a background in commercial litigation as well as New York State Workers’ Compensation Law. His experience includes litigation issues, breach of contract, partnership disputes, class actions, and shareholder disputes, as well as representing the interests of parties before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. He is admitted to the practice of law in New York, Massachusetts, and the Providence of Ontario, Canada.
